The product you purchase is a downloadable software called digital good instead of a physical product. Even if your license is revoked in the case of refund, the installation file will still be available on your device and cannot be returned. For this reason, we have a very clear and transparent refund policy to prevent fraud and protect the rights of both sides.

Since we don't promise more than that, we expect you to know what you are purchasing and why. According to this, there is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like;

  • You change your mind, decide not to use or don't want it anymore.
  • You expect for a non existing feature.
  • It did not meet your expectations.

Live demo

You can preview and test our products on their live demo pages with all features for free. Since we provide you this facility and option, we expect you to check if the product meets your expectations and suitable for your needs by trying its live demo before purchasing. According to this, there is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like;

  • You wanted to try it on your server before decide.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • Target site or service is not suitable for the product.

Known issues

You can view the troubleshoot guides of our products which we have listed the known issues and the instructions to resolve them. Since we provide you this information in advance, we expect you to check if your environment is suitable before purchasing. According to this, there is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like;

  • You encounter a known issue already listed.
  • You encounter an issue caused by 3rd party services or products.
  • Your environment is not suitable for the product.

Asking for refund

Before a refund will be granted, you must first submit a request from the contact page explaining what issues you are having with our products and allow reasonable time for us to help fix them. We can request access to your website or files on your server and you must provide this information.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if you didn't download the product or you had a major issue other than described above that causes the product to not function correctly and we are unable to resolve. Absolutely no refund will be given due to issues that occur beyond our control as stated above, even if you are within the refundable time period.
